Go to Settings → Integrations → HealthSherpa and authorize the connection with your agent credentials. Enrollments, application status, and client records sync back into the CRM so unLocked stays your control center while HealthSherpa handles the ACA transaction.
Connect the integration
Open Settings → Integrations.
Select HealthSherpa and click Connect.
Authorize with your HealthSherpa agent account.
Map your producers so enrollments attribute to the right agent.
Run an initial sync to backfill existing clients.

Which system is the source of truth?
unLocked CRM is the control center for the relationship, pipeline, and commissions. HealthSherpa remains the transaction engine for ACA enrollment.
