Create an inbound webhook in Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, copy the URL into your vendor's delivery settings, then map their payload fields to CRM fields. Leads post in real time and immediately enter routing and speed-to-lead automation.
Set up the webhook
Open Settings → Integrations → Webhooks and click New inbound webhook.
Name it after the vendor and copy the generated URL.
Paste the URL into the vendor's lead delivery configuration.
Send a test lead and map each payload field to a CRM field.
Add a source tag so reporting can measure cost per acquisition by vendor.
Measuring vendor quality
Because every lead carries a source tag, the reporting dashboard shows contact rate, close rate, and cost per issued policy by vendor.
What about duplicate leads from two vendors?
Duplicates match on phone and email and merge into the existing record while preserving both source tags.
