Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you can export contacts, policies, and commission history at any point before it ends.
Cancel and export
Open Settings → Billing.
Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Export contacts, policies, and commission statements from each module's export button.
Download any recordings or documents you need to retain.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already processed are not refunded, per the terms of service.
Can I reactivate later?
Yes, within the retention window your data is restored exactly as you left it when you resubscribe.
