Open Settings → Billing → Seats and adjust the count. Added seats are prorated for the remainder of the billing period, and removed seats free up at the next renewal while the user's records stay in the account.
Change your seat count
Go to Settings → Billing → Seats.
Increase or decrease the number of licensed users.
Confirm the prorated charge or credit shown before saving.
Assign or deactivate users under Settings → Team.
What happens to a deactivated user's data
Contacts, notes, recordings, and commission history remain in the agency account. Reassign the book to another producer before deactivating.
Are there volume discounts for agencies?
Yes. Agency tiers price per seat at a lower rate as the team grows — contact the team for a quote.
