## Subprocessors

unLocked CRM LLC engages the third-party service providers listed below to help deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement imposing data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement. We provide 30 days' advance notice of material changes to this list, as described in Section 5 of our DPA.

- Supabase — Purpose: Application hosting, production database, backups. Data processed: All Service data. Location: United States.
- Twilio — Purpose: Telephony, SMS, call handling, call transcription. Data processed: Call audio, transcripts, message content, phone numbers. Location: United States.
- Anthropic — Purpose: AI and LLM processing. Data processed: Prompts and content submitted to AI features. Location: United States.
- OpenAI — Purpose: AI and LLM processing. Data processed: Prompts and content submitted to AI features. Location: United States.
- ElevenLabs — Purpose: Voice AI. Data processed: Call audio. Location: United States.
- Mailgun — Purpose: Transactional email delivery. Data processed: Email content, recipient addresses. Location: United States.
- Stripe — Purpose: Payment processing. Data processed: Billing and payment data only — no CRM or client data. Location: United States.
- Google Analytics — Purpose: Marketing website analytics. Data processed: Website visitor data only — does not run inside the authenticated application. Location: United States.
- Meta Pixel — Purpose: Marketing website advertising. Data processed: Website visitor data only — does not run inside the authenticated application. Location: United States.

## Personnel and access

Portions of our engineering and support team are located outside the United States. Support personnel may access production systems in the course of resolving support requests. Access is role-scoped, logged, and subject to confidentiality obligations. For data migrations, we assign a single U.S.-based migration owner, and migration files are not accessible to personnel outside the United States.

## AI and model training

No customer content — including Customer/Lead Data, PHI, communications, documents, prompts, recordings, or transcripts — is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model. Our AI subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using customer data for training. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
