## What the score looks at

- Recency and frequency of two-way contact.
- Quote and document activity, including opened proposals.
- Lead source performance in your own book, not an industry average.
- Product fit signals such as age band, county, and existing coverage.

## Using the score

Sort any pipeline by score, feed the top segment into a power dialer list, or trigger an automation when a contact crosses a threshold.

### Does scoring replace agent judgment?

No. It orders the queue. The agent still decides how to work each conversation.
