# How do I set up my unLocked CRM account?

Setup takes about 30 minutes. Import your contacts, pick the pipeline that matches your product line, connect a phone number and email address, then turn on one follow-up automation so no new lead sits untouched.

## Set up in five steps

1. Create your account and confirm your email address.
2. Import contacts from a CSV or a supported CRM export and map your custom fields.
3. Choose a starter pipeline for your primary line: Medicare, ACA, life, annuity, or recruiting.
4. Connect a phone number and your email sending domain so activity logs to the contact record.
5. Enable the New Lead Speed-to-Lead automation so every inbound lead gets a call, text, and email attempt.

## What to do on day one

- Invite your team and assign roles before importing shared contacts.
- Set your business hours so automations never text a client at 2 a.m.
- Upload your agency logo so quotes and PDFs carry your branding.

### How long until the account is fully live?
