# How do I invite my team and set permissions?

Go to Settings → Team → Invite user, enter the producer's email, and choose a role. Roles control what a user can see: producers see their own book, managers see their downline, and admins see the whole agency including commissions.

## Available roles

- Admin — full access, including billing, commissions, and integrations.
- Manager — sees their hierarchy's contacts, pipelines, and production.
- Producer — sees only assigned contacts and their own commissions.
- Read-only — reporting access without the ability to edit records.

## Invite a user

1. Open Settings → Team.
2. Click Invite user and enter the email address.
3. Select a role and, for managers, the downline branch they oversee.
4. Send the invite — the user sets their own password from the email link.

### Can I restrict commission visibility?

Yes. Commission visibility is a separate toggle on each role, so a manager can run a team pipeline without seeing override amounts.
