# How do I use the power dialer?

Build a call list from any pipeline view or saved filter, open the dialer, and it works the list in order — dialing the next contact as soon as you disposition the current one. Notes, recordings, and dispositions write back to the contact automatically.

## Run a dialing session

1. Filter a contact list — for example, Medicare leads with a score above 70 and no attempt in three days.
2. Click Send to dialer.
3. Choose your caller ID and whether to leave a pre-recorded voicemail drop.
4. Start the session and disposition each call to advance.

## Dispositions and follow-up

Each disposition can trigger an automation: no answer sends a text, callback schedules a task, and not interested applies a suppression tag.

### Can calls be recorded?

Yes, where permitted. Enable recording per number and follow your state's consent rules — the platform can play an automated disclosure at call start.
