# How does the free trial work?

unLocked CRM includes a 14-day free trial with access to the core platform so you can import contacts, run quotes, and test automations before paying. You choose a plan at the end of the trial to keep working in the same account.

## What is included

- Contacts, pipelines, and automations.
- Quoting and e-app workflows.
- AI assistant access with trial usage limits.
- Phone and SMS after A2P registration completes.

## At the end of the trial

Pick a plan in Settings → Billing. Your data, imports, and workflows carry over unchanged.

### Do I lose my data if I do not subscribe?

Your account moves to a read-only state for a grace period so you can export before anything is removed.
