# How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you can export contacts, policies, and commission history at any point before it ends.

## Cancel and export

1. Open Settings → Billing.
2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. Export contacts, policies, and commission statements from each module's export button.
4. Download any recordings or documents you need to retain.

## Billing details

Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already processed are not refunded, per the terms of service.

### Can I reactivate later?

Yes, within the retention window your data is restored exactly as you left it when you resubscribe.
