You choose a plan at the end of the trial to keep working in the same account.
- [How do I add or remove seats?](https://unlockedcrm.ai/help/billing-account/how-do-i-add-or-remove-seats.md): Open Settings → Billing → Seats and adjust the count. Added seats are prorated for the remainder of the billing period, and removed seats free up at the next renewal while the user's records stay in the account.
- [How do I cancel my subscription?](https://unlockedcrm.ai/help/billing-account/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription.md): Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you can export contacts, policies, and commission history at any point before it ends.
