Use the renewal date on the policy record as the trigger and count backward. A standard cadence is 90, 60, and 30 days out, plus an immediate alert whenever a rate increase above your threshold is detected.

## A renewal cadence that holds retention

1. 90 days out — email the client that the annual review window is opening.
2. 60 days out — text an appointment booking link.
3. 30 days out — create a call task for the producer if no appointment is booked.
