# How to Connect Livestorm to unLocked CRM

## TL;DR

Connect Livestorm from your unLocked integration settings, run your event as usual, and registrants become CRM contacts with attendance logged and follow-up tasks created automatically. You can revoke the connection at any time.

Connecting Livestorm to unLocked CRM takes a few minutes. Here is the full setup.

## Step 1: Connect your account

In unLocked CRM, open **Settings** and find **Livestorm** in the integrations list. Authorize the connection with your Livestorm account.

## Step 2: Run your event

Nothing changes about how you host. Create and run your webinar or virtual event in Livestorm as usual.

## Step 3: Watch the sync

As people register, they appear in unLocked CRM as contacts tagged with the event. When the event ends, attendance is logged on each record — who showed up and how long they stayed.

## Step 4: Work the follow-up

Attendees and no-shows get different follow-up tasks automatically. Enroll either group in a post-event workflow, or work the tasks one by one from your list.

## You stay in control

The connection can be revoked at any time from Settings. Your contacts, attendance history, and follow-up records stay in unLocked either way, and unLocked never uses customer data to train AI.
