# How to Request a Custom Lead Subscription (and What to Ask For)

Use the Custom card on the lead-subscriptions page to request a tailored monthly drop — specify volume, product line, state and zip footprint, age band, and vintage. We return a quote and start fulfillment on the next cycle.

The three published tiers cover most agents. The Custom package exists for everyone else — agents who only write one state, IMOs that need 5,000+ records per month, or specialists who only want a single niche product line.

## What to specify

1. **Volume** — total records per month
2. **Product line(s)** — life, FE, Medicare, annuities, IUL, ACA, mortgage protection, LTC, DVH, hospital indemnity, DI, supplemental
3. **Geography** — states, counties, or zip ranges
4. **Age band** — 18–39, 40–54, 55–64, 64–65 (T65), 65+, or custom
5. **Vintage window** — 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or older
