<p>Claude Projects are underrated. Combined with MCP, they let an agency ship a single AI workspace every team member uses with consistent behavior.</p>

<h2>What Goes In a Project</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>System prompt:</strong> agency voice, safety rules, default language preferences</li>
<li><strong>Knowledge files:</strong> compliance handbook, carrier underwriting cheat sheets, SOPs</li>
<li><strong>MCP connections:</strong> unLocked CRM, your filesystem, calendar, web search</li>
<li><strong>Reference conversations:</strong> exemplar chats showing how to handle common asks</li>
