# Set Up Your ACA Intake Link In unLocked CRM: A Five-Minute Guide

The ACA Intake Link is in beta and already live in every unLocked CRM account. Setup takes about five minutes — most of it is deciding where to share your link.

## Find your link

Open **ACA Marketplace → Intake Link** in the left rail. Your personal link is shown at the top with **Copy**, **Preview**, and **Open** actions. It is personal to you — every client who uses it is assigned to you, not the account owner.

## Share it

Under **Message templates** you will find ready-to-send emails and texts for the three moments that matter:

- **Open Enrollment** — plans, prices, and subsidies changed; send your link before the review call.
- **Life event** — a lost job, a move, a marriage, a new child opens a Special Enrollment Period; the link collects everything while the window is open.
- **Renewal check** — updated income and household before the annual review.

Merge fields fill in the client name, your name, and your link automatically. Beyond the templates, drop the link in your email signature, your link in bio, and on QR codes at events.

## Watch submissions arrive

The **Submissions** view lists every response — complete and partial. Each one creates or updates a contact record with household, income and address, prescriptions and doctors, and the signed Permission to Contact and Consent for Agent Assistance, ready for your counter-signature.
